I know I’m not alone when I say that I can’t get enough of watching wax seal videos on Instagram. There is something so timeless and beautiful about wax seals. They really take anything from a handwritten card or the invite for your special event to the next level. Back in July, the team at Uniqooo sent me some absolutely gorgeous goodies and I wanted to share them with you! Here’s my overview photo of the goodies they sent me. I was blown away with how generous they were and especially since it was my first time testing out wax seals, I was ecstatic to have so much to learn with.
Above are all the waxes that they sent me to test out. The first two photos show the wax with a wick on the end so you light the end and then it drips onto your envelope for you to press the wax seal into. The last photo shows wax sticks that can fit into a glue gun. However, I don’t own one so I just used them to press into the wax sealing spoon held over a flame and it worked PERFECTLY.
Speaking of the melting spoon, here is this rose gold gem! Ummm, can we say beautiful? I didn’t see this on Amazon so I linked directly to their website. When I need more wax, I’m going to be purchasing their wax beads (example here) so I can just drop a few in the spoon because I’d love to try those out after watching videos.
So let’s talk about the actual seals themselves. You’ll see the three seals that I received above in the photo and below I’m going to include photos of each of the seals.
You can tell that I maaaaay have jumped in and tested the first one out before I took my initial blog photos (oopsies). I could scream you guys. I had SO much fun testing out all of these goodies and the fact that you can snag them on Amazon Prime makes it even better. They also sell “kits” like this one so you can get a wax seal and wax to get you started. I am so mad at myself that I waited so long to jump on the wax seal train but there’s no going back now.
The last thing the team sent me was a box of acrylic hexagon place cards. Above you’ll see just one of them and I did my best to be able to capture it in the photo (it’s a little difficult since they are transparent) and made sure that I showed you without any writing on it so you’ll see how it looks out of the box. I couldn’t find these on Amazon either so the link will take you to their website. FYI: They sell them in 20 count and 80 count so make sure you’re getting the count you want when you order!
Again, another huge thank you to the team over at Uniqooo for sending me all of these goodies and letting me test them out. Their products are so affordable but were great quality and that’s why I feel so confident in showing them off to you guys.
